No. Classes are beginner-friendly and guided step by step.

2. What’s the difference between personal and group training?


Personal: 1-on-1 sessions tailored to your goals.
Group: Shared classes at a lower price per person.

3. Are classes online only?


We offer both online and in-person sessions for your convenience.

4. How much do classes cost?


Personal: AED 50 / NPR 1,600 per session

Group: AED 35–40 / NPR 1,100–1,300 per person
Monthly packages available for both.

5. How often should I practice?


3–5 sessions per week for best results, but even 2 sessions help.

6. What should I bring?


Yoga mat, comfortable clothing, water, and a positive mindset.

7. Can I mix Hatha, Vinyasa, and Zumba?


Yes. You can switch or combine classes based on your goals.
